About Goods Theory
Goods Theory is an independent product-discovery publication built to help people find things worth owning. We search across the web, compare expert reviews, owner feedback, specifications, pricing, and long-term reputation - then turn that research into clear, considered recommendations.

Why We Exist
Finding a good product often means opening dozens of tabs, comparing conflicting reviews, reading owner feedback, checking specifications, and figuring out which claims actually matter. Goods Theory does that work for you - filtering the noise and turning scattered information into a clearer choice.
How We Work
We start with the product, not the commission. We look at independent expert reviews, owner experiences, specifications, pricing, brand reputation, recurring complaints, and credible alternatives. We pay attention to where sources agree - and where they don't.
Research, Not Pretend Testing
We’re clear about what we’ve personally tested and what we’ve researched. When we haven’t used a product ourselves, we say so. Our research-based recommendations draw from expert testing, verified owner experiences, specifications, long-term feedback, and multiple independent sources.
Independent by Design
Goods Theory may earn a commission when you buy through certain links. That never determines what we cover or recommend. Products are chosen because we believe they’re worth attention - not because a brand pays us to feature them.
